Dr. Dr. h.c. Martin Meyer
Editor in Chief
Dr. Martin Meyer is a journalist, publicist, and author. From 1992 to 2016, he was the head of the Arts and Culture section of the Neue Zürcher Zeitung. Since 2013, he has been the Chairman of the Board of the Swiss Institute for International Studies. Dr. Meyer is a corresponding member of the German Academy for Language and Literature and a member of the Zurich Scholars Society. In 2003, he was awarded the prestigious European Essay Prize of the Charles Veillon Foundation, and in 2011 he received an honorary doctorate from the University of St. Gallen for his journalistic and scientific work.
Karin Garone

Karin Garone is a certified office administrator with a Swiss Federal Diploma and she also holds a commercial diploma. At the Vontobel Foundation, she is responsible for the publication of the monograph series, which was a labor of love of the founder, Dr. Hans Vontobel. Before joining the Foundation, Karin Garone held various positions at Vontobel Holding AG for many years.
