Educational scholarships
The Vontobel Foundation supports university students and apprentices who find themselves in financial distress.
Anyone who wants to pursue an educational path should not be hindered by doing so because of financial barriers. The Vontobel Foundation awards individual scholarships to economically disadvantaged students and apprentices in all disciplines to ensure they have access to education, provided that they live in Switzerland and are enrolled in their initial education at a Swiss educational institution. Our scholarships are intended to supplement family or state support.
Examples of support
- Financing living and education costs of university students in their initial education
- Financing living costs of apprentices in their initial education
- Continuing education costs, in exceptional cases
